As a result, he has gained a reputation over the years of doing what he says he’s going to do. Today,  as a result of this philosophy he has relationships with hundreds of people, many of whom now hold  top positions within their companies. He is known for cultivating strong employee loyalty and long  term customer relationships.

He is now "design in" oriented but he knows what it takes to get from prototype to production. This is  through close communication with engineering, purchasing, operations and the manufacturer.  Program Management, Marketing and Sales are what he does best.
